2. Order Process & Requirements

2.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic email confirming the items you selected. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order, but it does not constitute a legally binding agreement.

2.2 Pricing

All online prices are quoted DDP Netherlands. Customs duties for import into the EU are always included.

All prices are based on official US Dollar/Euro/British Pound exchange rates and may be updated due to currency fluctuations.

2.3 Payment

Full payment shall be made via bank transfer or credit card upon ordering. Products will be shipped once payment has been confirmed/received in full. Please include your customer number with payment transfers as provided. We reserve the right to charge payment card fees.

2.4 VAT

Partners must provide a valid VAT identification number to avoid VAT charges. VAT will be added at the appropriate percentage for dietary supplements without a valid VAT number.

The same applies to orders with shipping addresses in the Netherlands. In these cases, pricing displayed in the shopping cart and during the order process is inclusive of local VAT.

2.5 Billing and Account Accuracy

We may reject or limit orders at our sole discretion. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Handling and Rates

All orders are shipped after receipt of payment from our warehouse in the Netherlands via trusted carrier partners including DHL, UPS, GLS, or Sending.

Track and Trace information will be emailed directly from the shipping provider once your shipment leaves our logistics warehouse. If you provide mobile details in your account, you will receive SMS notifications from your chosen shipping provider.

We ship partner orders within two business days. Delays may occur for backorders. Digital invoices are generated only when orders are completed.

3.2 Shipping costs

This applies for selected markets, see our Order Terms for more information.

IMPORTANT: We do not ship to overseas territories belonging to EU or EEC countries, such as Martinique and Reunion (France), Greenland and the Faroe Islands (Denmark), Netherlands Antilles (Netherlands), Falkland Islands, Bermuda (United Kingdom) etc., or any other such overseas territories.

All shipped orders are fully insured during transport by the supplier until proof of delivery.

4. Claims & Returns

4.1 Returns Policy

Vuzïmo BV does not accept returns.

4.2 Claims Process

Claims relating to your product (e.g., damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent) must be made within 8 days of receiving your goods. To make a claim, send an email to partner@vuzimo.com with image documentation. For more detailed information on how to make a claim see here.

5. Partner Requirements & Restrictions

5.1 Online Presence Requirements

For each approved website:

• Partners must not sell anonymously and must clearly indicate their full name, address, telephone, and email contacts.
• Partners of Vuzïmo BV may only resell products on sales channels owned solely by the Partner, including any website. Sales on other platforms including Amazon, eBay, etc., are only allowed with prior written approval from Vuzïmo Partner Sales.

5.2 Territory Restrictions

Partners:

• Must clearly and conspicuously state on each approved website that Vuzïmo BV products shown are for shipment only to customers located in Europe, and
• Will block all shipments of Vuzïmo BV products to shipping locations outside Europe.

5.3 Information and Updates

As a partner dealing with our brands and products, you are required to stay current with our brand and products. We send email updates about brand, product, pricing, and seasonal changes to our partners.

6. Brand Guidelines & Advertising

6.1 Brand Advertising and Reprint Policies

Brand policies apply to the Vuzïmo brand to maintain brand equity and value. For these policies, “Partner” includes all authorised distributors and wholesalers, as well as third-party customers (i.e., authorised distributor’s customers) that resell Vuzïmo products to consumers.

6.2 Advertising Brand and Products

• Ad copy and website materials must not misrepresent the brands or source of products and must not be misleading to customers. Partner’s print materials and websites may not impersonate or mirror the likeness or overall appearance of www.vuzimo.com.
• In Online Search ads copy and keywords, Partners cannot use branded search keywords (e.g., “Vuzïmo” or “Vuzïmo”) or other nicknames that imply or suggest the Vuzïmo brand that would confuse customers.
• Partner’s business name and any nickname or reference must significantly differentiate itself from Vuzïmo brand names and related names, and not sound like or visually appear similar to Vuzïmo or nicknames or sound-alikes.
• URLs and Partner emails on Partner websites, including subdomains, must not impersonate or contain, in whole or in part, the “Vuzïmo” trademark and must not contain any Vuzïmo Branded Terms or their misspellings. For example, sites such as www.vuzimo-germany.com would not be permitted. Any domain name registration obtained in violation hereof shall be immediately transferred to Vuzïmo. Website domain names that are nicknames or approximations that would confuse or mislead consumers, such as vuzimosupplements.com, are also unacceptable.
• Advertising by a Partner on Social Media pages of Vuzïmo (including comments on their blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube pages), including use of Facebook tags and similar devices to drive traffic from Vuzïmo sites to Partner sites, is not permitted.
• Internet ad landing pages must comply with the requirements for ‘Use of Content’.

6.3 Use of Content (Vuzïmo Materials)

Many Partners like to use Vuzïmo publications, including website content such as text and images (“Content”), Vuzïmo trademarks (“Marks”), and Vuzïmo logos (“Logos”) in their catalogues, newsletters, mailings, websites, and blogs to promote product sales. Vuzïmo encourages this practice as it provides well-presented, accurate information to educate customers about the Vuzïmo brand and products.

Vuzïmo Content is protected by copyright and trademark law. Use of Vuzïmo Content, Marks, and Logos must be approved by Vuzïmo in advance. Vuzïmo reserves the right to withhold or withdraw consent at any time. Upon such notice, the Partner will promptly cease unauthorised use.

6.4 Compliance and Enforcement

If Vuzïmo determines that a Partner has violated these Advertising and Reprint Policies, Vuzïmo may require all Partners (not just the party that sold Products to the offending Partner) to cease all further sales to that offending Partner. All Partners are responsible for assisting in the policing of these Policies. If a violation is discovered, immediately contact Vuzïmo with the identity of the offending party, as well as the facts and circumstances surrounding the alleged violation.

These Advertising and Reprint Policies may be changed at any time without advance notice by Vuzïmo. You are responsible for complying with these Policies as contained in the online Terms and Conditions of your Partner Agreement with Vuzïmo and posted online at Your Account.

7. Product Requirements

7.1 Product Labels and Registration

Registration of a product, or relabelling, repackaging, and overlaying labels, must be approved in advance by Vuzïmo BV. Upon approval, the partner will receive appropriate guidance. Except as set forth above, the partner is strictly prohibited from relabelling, repackaging, translating, or overlaying labels and packaging of products, or altering, modifying, or changing the products, their labels, or packaging in any way.

7.2 Product and Availability

Certain items may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. While we aim for accurate product imagery, display accuracy may vary by screen. We may restrict sales by region or limit quantities at our discretion. We do not guarantee that purchased items will meet your expectations or that errors can be corrected.
